Whatever type of camera you require, from a standard static camera to fully controllable, pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) dome cameras and night vision systems, we can supply and install the exact product to meet your requirements.

There are many internal applications where cameras are required, static cameras, ceiling mounted cameras and covert models. There are many types available but the main difference is the quality of the image, we only use good quality Sony CCD cameras as opposed to the inferior CMOS versions. Resolution is a major issue and we would not recommend any camera with less than 420TVL - the greater the number of TV lines the better the image.

We can supply a range of DVR's from 4 camera standalone units to multi camera network attached systems, all with the capability to record either permanently or by motion detection. Digital systems can record vast amounts of video over and over without any degradation of the image quality unlike the traditional tape based machines.

When choosing a DVR you should ensure that it will display and record at full D1 or 4CIF resolution (704x576 Pixels), any less and the image will be stretched to fill the screen, significantly reducing definition.

For a more cost efficient system, you may prefer to simply have a DVR card installed into an existing computer and use the hard drive as a recording device.
